全程导医网 徐州儿科频道：XuZhou Children’s Hospital Holds Nursing English Speech Contest (Case Study of Nursing)
The Nursing English Speech Contest (Case Study of Nursing) was held on August 31 to select well-spoken nurses who participated in Jiangsu Province.
Cai Ying, Director of Nursing Department, presided the competition. Professor Zhou Fang from XuZhou Medical University, Doctor Tian Jing from Department of Cardiology and Doctor Li Yuan form Deportment of Urology were invited to be the judges.
After the preliminary contest, eleven nurses participated in the competition. They shared their case study briefly and wonderfully, and the judges raised questions about some points which they were interested in. All the participants and judges communicated in English throughout the competition.
The whole activity lasted for nearly two months, which aimed at improving oral communication skills of the nursing staff in our hospital and seeking out excellent nurse and developing them. It also provided a good platform for nurses to display themselves in multiple ways.
